WHAT MY CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY
Working with Noah has drastically shaped and improved my approach to coaching high school athletes. Noah understands not only the optimal progression of athletic training but also the most effective, encouraging, and nurturing ways to work with young people. His unique approach to both athletic growth and overall wellbeing for student athletes has allowed me to build a more holistic program for my high school runners (cross country and track), and I've seen the results not only in individual and team performance but also in increasing numbers of students joining the team and positive retention from one season to the next. Noah is focused on finding the nexus between helping students become the best athletes they can be while also having fun and developing an athlete's intrinsic desire to show up, work hard, and grow. One of the best parts of working with Noah is his understanding of young people. A teacher himself, Noah knows how to meet student athletes where they are. His athletic programming incorporates his knowledge of what motivates, inspires, and encourages young people, stressing a healthy relationship to the sport, to time management, and to their bodies. Noah's consultation builds not only better teams but stronger, healthier athletic programs altogether. His approach shaped my coaching philosophy into one that marries serious athletic performance and student wellbeing, ultimately resulting in a more successful team and happier athletes.
MEGHAN BROWN
Assistant Coach, cross-country, The Rivers School
I have known Noah Kaminsky for seven years. And in that time his knowledge of not only the technical aspects of pole vault and soccer, but just optimal athletic movement has grown immensely. He is constantly in search of better ways for athletes to move and train those movements. And this desire to constantly expand his knowledge in technique, as well as strength and conditioning, is all in an effort to help athletes. Helping athletes is his main objective and he will sacrifice his time and energy to help his athletes reach their goals.
BRANKO MIRIC
Head Coach and Owner at Apex Vaulting LLC.
Though I initially sought out Noah for feedback on marathon training, he quickly became my go-to coach for advice on the 5K, 10K, and half-marathon. He was patient enough to create a plan that complemented the training I was doing with my running club. Our conversations were always about how to maximize output based on input—not just the physical practice, but also the mental approach He continues to encourage me while being honest about what’s achievable with my schedule. I am grateful to have his notes and the training plan Noah wrote for me in Fall 2023 because I still refer to them. I put that information to good use.
